DISCOVERY PIPELINE SYSTEM

OVERALL SCOPE: The Discovery Pipeline System was designed and built to bring 600 MMCFD (expandable to over 1 BCFD) of natural gas and more than 7500 BPD of condensate from offshore fields in the Gulf of Mexico to a new gas processing plant in Larose, Louisiana.

PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS provided complete design engineering, permitting, inspection, construction management, materials sourcing, expediting and C.A.T.S.® (Construction Automated Tracking System) traceability services to the Discovery Partnership for this project. The full scope of work included all pipelines and pipeline conversions, launchers, risers, metering, instrumentation and corrosion protection for the pipeline system.

MEDUSA DOWNSTREAM GAS PIPELINE
Mississippi Canyon 582 to South Pass 55 - GOM

OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: The Medusa Field Development is owned by Murphy Exploration & Production Company. The field development consisted of the construction and installation of a new truss SPAR at a water depth of 2,220' in Mississippi Canyon Block 582 with one 12-inch gas export line and one 12-inch oil export line.

PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS provided the following support services to El Paso Energy Partners: project management and engineering, design drawings and drafting, construction management, field engineering services.

MISSISSIPPI CANYON 243
Gulf of Mexico
OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: The Mississippi Canyon 243 project consisted of a 10-inch gas export pipeline originating at a TLP in Mississippi Canyon 243 in 2810 fsw and terminating at a subsea tie-in MC 20 in 550 fsw. The export line consisted of a 10-inch SCR/pipeline approximately 16 miles in length and tied into an existing 20-inch pipeline.

PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS provided the following services: Permitting applications; Pipeline engineering and drafting services; Preparation of bid packages, evaluated and negotiated contracts for offshore construction activities; Review of contractors' installation procedures, welding procedures and third-party subcontractors; Project/construction management and engineering support; Project inspection.

PRINCE PIPELINES/SCRS
OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: Prince Pipelines development in Ewing Bank Block 1003 consists of a new Modec Tension Leg Platform (TLP), four in-field flowlines, one gas export Steel Catenary Riser (SCR)/pipeline and one oil export SCR/pipeline. The 12-inch gas export SCR/Pipeline, capable of flowing 230 MMSCFD, departs the TLP, via an SCR, and extends to the Manta Ray Platform located in South Timbalier Block 292.

PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS provided services for the Prince Oil and Gas Export Pipelines/SCRs as follows: Engineering, design drawings, permitting, assisted El Paso's Purchasing department for material sourcing and expediting, project and construction management, inspection.
