PCS SCOPE OF WORK
Project Consulting Services, Inc. (PCS) leads a project management team and is performing detail design including inspection of pipe coating, construction management and construction inspection.
CATS has been utilized to track the line pipe for Creole Trail from receipt at the Coating Yard through construction. Additionally, CATS is being utilized to track the Sabine Pipeline line pipe through the application of coating.
