- Engineering, Design and Drafting
- Developed all Drawings, for Permitting and AFC
- MMS Permitting Support
- Inspection Services
- Cost Tracking
- Project Tracking/Scheduling
- Assisted El Paso's Purchasing Department for material sourcing and expediting
- Preparation of bid packages, evaluated contracts for offshore construction activities
- Acted as liaison with third party contractors
- Project and Construction Management.
