CAMERON HIGHWAY OIL PIPELINE SYSTEMShip Shoal 332 to Texas City and Port Neches - GOM OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: Cameron Highway Oil Pipeline System (CHOPS) is a major new oil transportation system in the Gulf of Mexico with two major terminals located in southeast Texas. The 380-mile pipeline system delivers up to 500,000 barrels of oil per day from deepwater production sites in the southern Green Canyon and western Gulf of Mexico areas to onshore terminals in Texas City and Port Neches, Texas. Creole Trail PipelineOVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: 23 miles of 42" pipeline from the future site of Creole Trail LNG Facility to a proposed MLV near Carlyss, Louisiana. PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS leads a project management team and is performing detail design including inspection of pipe coating, construction management and construction inspection. read more
DISCOVERY PIPELINE SYSTEMOVERALL SCOPE: The Discovery Pipeline System was designed and built to bring 600 MMCFD (expandable to over 1 BCFD) of natural gas and more than 7500 BPD of condensate from offshore fields in the Gulf of Mexico to a new gas processing plant in Larose, Louisiana. PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS provided complete design engineering, permitting, inspection, construction management, materials sourcing, expediting and C.A.T.S. (Construction Automated Tracking System) traceability services to the Discovery Partnership for this project. The full scope of work included all pipelines and pipeline conversions, launchers, risers, metering, instrumentation and corrosion protection for the pipeline system. read more
GREEN LINE PIPELINEOVERALL SCOPE: Green Line Pipeline is a CO2 pipeline that starts in Donaldsonville, Louisiana at the Choctaw Line and ends at the Hastings Field, south of Houston, Texas to be used as part of our tertiary CO2 flooding process. It consists of a 24" O.D. pipeline approximately 314 miles in length, transporting 800 MMSCFD of CO2 PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS is providing services for permitting, project management, and project engineering, CADD and purchasing.
