PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS provided detailed cost estimates;  Permitting and regulatory compliance; Project tracking and controls; Pipeline engineering, detailed design, and drafting; Prepared bid packages and evaluated and negotiated contracts for onshore and offshore construction activities; Provided project and construction management and engineering support.

OVERALL SCOPE: The Discovery Pipeline System was designed and built to bring 600 MMCFD (expandable to over 1 BCFD) of natural gas and more than 7500 BPD of condensate from offshore fields in the Gulf of Mexico to a new gas processing plant in Larose, Louisiana.

PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS provided complete design engineering, permitting, inspection, construction management, materials sourcing, expediting and C.A.T.S.® (Construction Automated Tracking System) traceability services to the Discovery Partnership for this project. The full scope of work included all pipelines and pipeline conversions, launchers, risers, metering, instrumentation and corrosion protection for the pipeline system.

OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: An application was filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to build and operate an offshore natural gas transmission line in the Gulf of Mexico with a capacity of 1.1 billion cubic feet per day to serve the growing energy needs of Florida.

PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS was selected to provide services for the feasibility study, FERC, MMS and state permitting, route selection and survey, detail design and project management for the offshore portion consisting of over 400 miles of 36" diameter pipeline

OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: The HubLine Pipeline Project is a 30" diameter offshore pipeline approximately 29 miles in length constructed in the environmentally sensitive waters of Massachusetts Bay. The pipeline extends from Beverly, Massachusetts to Weymouth, Massachusetts. The installation of the HubLine Pipeline Project involved a variety of construction techniques and methodologies never before performed in this area of the Atlantic Ocean.

PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS supported the project by providing design and construction engineering, contract management, construction management and inspection services.  PCS provided these services throughout the federal, state and local permitting process and the design, planning and construction phases of the project.

PCS PROJECT SCOPE: The Hurricane Repair Projects consisted of the following project scopes: Hot tap installations; Interconnecting piping installations; Pipe lay; Repair clamps; Riser repairs; Platform structural repairs; Platform pig trap repairs; Reburial of exposed pipelines; In place pipeline abandonments; Pigging procedures; Pipeline retrieval.

OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: The MO Block 822 #6 Pipeline Project involved ExxonMobil's first cooler-less, sour wellhead facility in the Mobile Bay area. A total of three pipelines were associated with the project, including a production flowline and two utility pipelines that extended between a minimal wellhead facility in Mobile Bay Block 822 to a production facility in Mobile Area Block 823.

PCS PROJECT SCOPE: The design included pipeline routing, pipe sizing, thermal expansion analysis, upheaval buckling analysis, riser and riser clamp design, and expansion box design for the 6' production flowline and two utility pipelines. PCS also designed a subsea strain gauge monitoring system in Mobile Bay, including spreadsheet software to process strain data, and provided data interpretation and reporting services.  PCS provided offshore construction specialists and inspectors to help coordinate and monitor the construction work during pipeline and riser installation.

OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: Offshore in Massachusetts Bay; Excelerate Energy and Energy Bridge Technology; Connects to AGT 30" Hubline Project Consulting, Inc. AGT facilities-16 miles of new 24" pipeline; Excelerate facilities-two shore 16" flowlines, two PLEMs, two risers and umbilicals

PCS SCOPE OF WORK:  PCS is construction manager for AGT and Excelerate.

PCS SCOPE OF WORK:  PCS prepared detailed cost estimates; Completed pipeline design, including, but not limited to, riser and subsea tie-ins, pipeline crossings, pipeline span analysis and design; Handled all regulatory permitting and notifications; Coordinated and managed site hazard surveys and pipeline route surveys; Provided on-site inspection services during hazard and pipeline route survey work; Identified, specified and requisitioned materials, including pipe, coatings, valves, equipment and provided vendor surveillance; Provided design and construction management of platform piping; Acted as liaison with third party contractors; Coordinated and managed site hazard surveys and pipeline route surveys; Assisted in detailed evaluation of all installation contractor bids and equipment; Reviewed and approved contractor installation procedures, third party subcontractors and welding procedures; Developed all AFC drawings; Executed on-site project management and inspection.

OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: This project consisted of the development of an onshore/offshore gas distribution network delivering gas from Nigeria to commercial customers in the neighboring countries of Benin, Togo, and Ghana. This project included the installation of a 57km of 30" onshore pipeline, an onshore compression station in Nigeria, construction of a 579km offshore pipeline distribution system, and installation of individual regulating and metering stations at each of the four gas receiving points in Cotonou (Benin), Lome (Togo), Tema (Ghana), and Takoradi (Ghana).

PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS provided front-end engineering design and drafting services related to the offshore portion of the project. This included all pipelines, subsea tie-ins, and shore crossings. PCS also developed final route definition, managing and providing on-site inspection for all geophysical and geotechnical survey activities, reviewed project constructability issues, and developed detailed costs and schedules. Further, PCS developed risk assessment strategies, execution, contingency, testing and commissioning plans, assisted in all bid development and evaluation, coordinated all interface work between the onshore and offshore work, assisted in resolution of both HES issues and regulatory requirements, and provided input for EIA development.
