BLUE ATLANTIC TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
Nova Scotia, Canada to New York/New Jersey, USA
OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: A development plan for the proposed Blue Atlantic encompassed common carrier gathering, processing, and transportation systems. The complete project was comprised of over 1000 miles of new offshore and onshore pipelines, four new offshore platforms, and a new gas processing and compression station on the southwest coast of Nova Scotia, Canada.

PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS led a marine project management team with El Paso and performed the planning, engineering-including surveys, non-environmental permitting, procurement, contracting, and project management. PCS had the responsibility for the marine pipeline installation, platform design and installation, and interface with the land pipeline systems.

ESPERANZA LNG
OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: Port Esperanza project is located more than 15 miles from the Port of Long Beach and about 10 miles from the closet point of land. This project will include floating re-gasification unit at the offshore facility. This system is securely anchored in 1100 feet of water.

PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS leads a project management team and is performing the planning, engineering-including surveys, permitting, procurement, contracting, and project management to ensure gas deliveries.

SEAFARER PIPELINE PROJECT
Grand Bahama Island to Florida, U.S.A.
OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE: Seafarer is a 160 mile, 26" diameter gas pipeline. The pipeline originates at a re-gasification plant located at South Riding Point, Grand Bahama Island and transverses the Florida Straits for 118 miles to Riveria Beach, near Palm Beach, Florida.

PCS SCOPE OF WORK: PCS leads a project management team and is performing the planning, engineering-including surveys, permitting, procurement, contracting, and project management to ensure gas deliveries. PCS has the responsibility for the marine pipeline installation portions and the shore approach interface with the land pipeline systems. This responsibility includes the design of the pipe characteristics, the installation methods, and pipe requirements for bottom stability.
