Project Controls Specialist

Project Consulting Services, Inc., an engineering and project management firm specializing in the development of energy infrastructure and digital construction management solutions, is recruiting a Project Controls Specialist for our office in Houston, TX.

Support management in:

• Project Resource Planning
• Generating and updating Project Status and Cost Reports both internally and for clients.
• Assembling bid packages and managing communication with bidders.
• Organize and help facilitate meetings.

 Must be able to:

• Professionally interface with internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization as well as external clientele.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues from all divisions/disciplines including project managers and other project stakeholders.
• Perform Document Control duties to include accurately checking and transmitting submittals and assisting engineering with document numbering.
• Perform other office duties as needed.

 Should be proficient in:

• Microsoft Suite of Products
• Acrobat and/or BlueBeam Software
