EPILOGUE PRIVACY NOTICE

Introduction and Background

At PCS, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) discusses how PCS handles personal data and how PCS shares that data with others. In this Policy, “PCS”, “we”, “us”, and “our” each means Project Consulting Services, Inc. (3300 West Esplanade Avenue, Suite 500, Metairie, Louisiana 70002). Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to the Epilogue product suite, which is offered by PCS for use by customers of PCS in conjunction with other services provided by PCS. The Epilogue product suite includes business to business applications used for mobile data collection, scanning and printing of material bar codes, searchable document repositories, business intelligence reports, dashboards, and active map display. This Policy does not apply to any other software or services offered by PCS.

Sources of Personal Data and How We Process Personal Data

While each circumstance may be different, Epilogue is intended for use in connection with infrastructure owned and/or operated by one or more companies (collectively, the “Operator”). Epilogue may store user credentials for providing secure access to the data. The collected user credentials may include your name, company affiliation, email address and your password. Epilogue exchanges user credentials with a third-party authentication provider. The authentication provider verifies the user credentials. The authentication provider may store and track user credentials and other information and may provide such user credentials and other information to PCS or to the Operator; and, if provided to PCS, PCS may provide such user credentials and other information to the Operator.

The device on which and Epilogue component is installed, or browser from which it is accessed, may be configured to send diagnostic and usage information to PCS, or the author of a sub-component of Epilogue (i.e. Apple, Microsoft, Esri). It may be possible to use the usage information to personally identify you and your usage of Epilogue. PCS may provide the usage information to the authentication provider or to the Operator.

Epilogue may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the site; the locations that you access on Epilogue. This information is used to help improve the site, analyze trends and administer the site. Epilogue may at times also collect information about your hardware and software in order to provide a requested service.

Use of Personal Information

Personal information collected by Epilogue will be used to operate and improve the Epilouge product suite. PCS may use this information to communicate with users of the Epilogue product, and to communicate with you about other PCS solutions. PCS does not provide or sell user information to other entities. PCS may disclose personal information if required to do so by law.

Children’s Privacy

Epilogue is intended for use only by individuals who are at least 18 years of age, and are authorized by an active PCS customer to use Epilogue on their behalf. By using Epilogue, you confirm to PCS that you meet this requirement.

Changes to this Policy

PCS periodically reviews and updates this Policy. You can check when this Policy was last revised by referring to the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. We may also notify you through a prominent notice in an Epilogue user interface or through other means. If you do not agree with the privacy practices disclosed in the Policy, please stop using Epilogue.
